By accessing or using EV211, you agree to these Terms. If you are using EV211 on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
EV211 provides AI-assisted multilingual workflow tools, including live interpretation operations, media localization, comment workflow support, account management, billing, and related administrative features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
Organization administrators are responsible for user invitations, permissions, operational settings, and billing actions taken for their organization.
You may not use EV211 to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with service availability, attempt unauthorized access, or submit harmful or abusive content.
You must ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions for audio, video, text, and other content processed through the service.
Some EV211 features require a paid subscription, stored billing method, or token-based usage allowance. Fees, included usage, and overage rules are described in the product and billing surfaces.
Failure to pay may result in retries, suspension, or cancellation consistent with the current billing rules shown in the service.
EV211 may rely on third-party providers such as Google for authentication, payment providers for billing, email providers for delivery, and infrastructure vendors for hosting and monitoring.
Your use of those integrations may also be subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy policies.
EV211 and its related software, branding, text, and visual materials are owned by their respective rights holders. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or platform IP to you.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We may also suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, security concerns, or misuse of the service.
You may stop using the service at any time.
EV211 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EV211 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service.
