Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how EthnicVoice211 collects, uses, stores, and protects information when organizations, administrators, and operators use the EV211 website and platform.

Last updated: March 24, 2026

If you are reviewing EV211 for Google OAuth, the relevant point is simple: EV211 currently requests only the Google account profile and email scopes used for account authentication (`email`, `profile`). We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use it for advertising.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect account details such as name, email address, organization name, role, and authentication identifiers.

We may collect onboarding, billing, invoice, payment, service usage, and support-request data needed to operate the platform.

We may collect technical data such as log events, browser metadata, request identifiers, device state, and analytics events used for security, reliability, and product operations.

2. Google OAuth Data

When you sign in with Google, EV211 receives the basic profile fields provided by Google for the approved scopes, including your name, email address, and Google account identifier.

We use that data to authenticate your account, create or link your EV211 user record, keep sign-in working, and protect account security.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it except as required to operate the service or comply with law.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve EV211, authenticate users, deliver customer support, process billing, prevent abuse, monitor uptime, and communicate service updates.

We also use limited operational analytics to understand public-site performance and product reliability.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate EV211, such as hosting, email delivery, authentication, payment, and monitoring vendors.

We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect users and the service, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

5. Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. We may keep limited records when required for security, billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

You can stop using Google OAuth at any time by disconnecting EV211 from your Google account and contacting us to delete the related EV211 account data if needed.
